I saw in the email I received that there is an option to suspend the account for $5 a month to preserve content. How do I go about activating this choice?

Hi @Evolving_Journey that's a great question! Accounts can be suspended with the assistance of our Billing Support. Due to account security we are unable to authorize any billing updates through the Community. We have however submitted your suspend request to our Billing Department. If you would like a faster turnaround time or have any further questions on the billing of your account please contact our Billing support by phone directly.
