Action blocks in the Third-Generation and Cross Device email editors

I put a poll in my email. How do I add a link to the buttons so I get the results of people's answers? Or is it only integrateable with Survey Monkey?

Poll blocks' reporting can be found on the sent email's reporting page, similar to the older editor.
