Activate Automation not working

I signed up for the Email Plus membership, set up my email automation series, and clicked activate.

 

The system said I needed to upgrade to Email Plus, support member said to sign in again and still nothing.  I can't contact them directly because the office is closed.

 

PLEASE HELP, I need this automation to be working immediately!
