I've set up an automated series and a new client has been added via a Wordpress Constant contact form. I can see they have been added to the list in CC - but it is not sending the first email. How can this be fixed please?

Hi,no it's not resolved as yet. Nate is looking into it also. Clients are being added to the list but the automated series is not being sent. I appreciate any help.

The first on the page is via a Wordpress Plugin, the one below is an inline form. CC suggested that I use the inline form as it would work better - but it does not work either. I prefer the appearance of the inline form, but as I can't redirect the inline form I'd prefer to use the plugin.

Hi - I am still having issues with the form not triggering the automated email.
I would prefer to use the Wordpress widget form than Inline form as I can then redirect after it's been fille din to a new url (which I can't do on the inline form). My current issue is when I create a form in the Constant Contact widget in Wordpress - Im adding the "Associated list and saving it but it is not saving.
Hi @MonicaF760. To confirm, does the list you were trying to add to your form exist in your Constant Contact account? Was this list ever deleted? Does the form creation page show as "No List Selected"? If you could include a screenshot, that would be very helpful for us.
