RE: Knowledge Base Article: 000048063 Add a border around your email template, Updated: December 16, 2022. This appears to apply only to newer templates, not older, as there is no "Background & Borders" section in the Design tab, only a "Background" section. Is there any way of of getting this option? If not, the article should be updated to state this and directions given on how to update your template to be able to do so.

Hello @MaryJoC83 ,

Correct, this would only apply to emails created using the Cross Device/Platform Editor (CPE). The older 3GE builder does not have any capability for editing email borders, and as it is not being actively developed it will not be gaining this capability at any point in the future.

If you need guidance on creating emails in the CPE and transitioning from how 3ge functions to CPE, then I'd advise checking out this article.

Thank you. So you will be editing the Knowledge Base article with this information?

It doesn't appear that anything has been done to resolve the issue with being able to see ALL library folders and subfolders with CPE. Is there work going on behind the scenes to address this issue? Any ETA? That has been my primary concern with converting all my email templates to CPE. It is ridiculous to be advised to re-upload images so that they appear at the top of the "queue" as a work around.

The issue has already been tracked to your account, when there's an update regarding that you'll be notified.

We've already pinged the KB team for an update. If you have feedback regarding articles, I'd advise using the feedback button on article pages.

Thanks! There are some nice things with the CPE, but other things (such as with the library folders) still need work.
