Hello @CesarJ79 ,

 

Can you elaborate at all on your issue? Are you seeing any specific error messages you can provide the exact wording for or a screencap of? Which contact import method are you using? If performing a list file upload, are you having trouble uploading your file after formatting it properly? Are you having issues with list or tag selections? If using an integration for importing, which one?
