Add emails to an Automated Email Series

When setting a delay between emails in an automated series, is the delay time set between the first trigger, or the last step you took? Example: Automation is triggered, (step 1) send an email immediately. (Step 2) delay time: 7 days. (Step 3) send an email. (Step 4) delay time:30 days. <-- Is this delay time 30 days after the last email sent, or 30 days from the trigger?

Hello @DavidM7932 ,

The delays are from the previous steps, so that 30 day delay begins after the 2nd email (step 3) is sent. The emails will send regardless of the contacts opening the email steps or not, as they will continue through the queue unless removed from the applicable list(s), or their subscription permissions change (i.e. temporary hold or unsubscribed).
