Thank you for reaching out to the Community! The personalization in your template is not capitalized when you are testing, because it is currently pulling in your company name that is shown in the top right hand corner of your account screen, and that is not capitalized. Your customers will receive this email exactly how the first name has been imported with the email address. To make sure this works, please change your Profile Details to your first/last name with the first letter capitalized and it will appear how it should in the template. Thanks!
