Hi,
I have a requirement to add multiple contacts under the same company. For example, I have a company name "Test Inc" and I need to add 4 contact details under the same company like "first name, last name, email, phone number". Is it possible to add contact like this?
Thank you.
Hi @AnjuG8
Thank you for reaching out to the Constant Contact Community. It's my pleasure to assist you today.
That's a great question. At this time, that option isn't available. You can attach a Company to every contact you upload and then do a search of that company to pull them up. Thank you for choosing Constant Contact. Have a good day!
I get handed a lot of business cards from our salespeople to enter into CC...It would be great to have a feature like in Outlook contacts whereby you can create another contact from same company. It would sure save time - rather than typing everything anyway into an Excel spreadsheet and uploading. Point - if I have to type it in somewhere, I'd rather input the info directly into CC, but entering one contact at a time, knowing it's the same company info....is a lot of work : )
Hi @MichelleB637 ,
I completely understand the need for this kind of feature. At this time, we don't have that functionality. We do have a business card scanner included on the mobile application, but it does only collect email addresses at this time. I would be more than happy to pass along your feedback for this, however.
The business card scanner does not scan in necessary info that I need for my contacts. It only scans the name and email address. I have to sort our contacts by address, at the lease, City/State, so this doesn't work for me. Again, as in Outlook, it would be nice if I'm entering 4 people from the same company at one time, if after I completed one contact, it asked me if I want to add another contact from the same company - and it auto-populated some info for that same company : )
