Adding a link to a previous email

CAn I put a link in a newsletter that takes the reader back to another email that was sent (it was an invitation that had an RSVP block).  All I really need to link to is the RSVP block, but the whole email would be even better.

Hello @DeeKropf ,

Once an email has been sent, a permanent URL is generated for it. This link can be inserted wherever any other url can be, including as a link in another email.
