Adding contacts for the first time...

and it is not as easy as you make it sound. Entered 100 email addresses TWICE only to find that they aren't anywhere to be found. Will need help, but meantime, I've lost a lot of time and won't be able to send the campaign email as planned.

Hi @LisaM801 , 

 

I certainly apologize that your contacts did not save correctly! There are a few methods to add contacts to your account, but I always recommend saving them to an excel file, and then uploading the excel file to Constant Contact. This way, you will have them saved on your computer in one file in case something goes awry.
