Adding contacts that have previously unsubscribed

I just tried to enter a contact that has previously unsubscribed and I received a pop-up message stating the same.

 

Question:  If I entered a list of contacts that have previously unsubscribed, would I get the same pertaining to that entire list?

Hello @RichardZ255,

 

Yes, once a contact unsubscribes they will have to give you permission again and sign up for your list through a sign-up form in order to be successfully added back to your list.
