Adding forms that need a client signature

HI wanting to find out its possible to add a form for a client to sign in Constant Contact, just trying to streamline everything.

Thanks for responding, Im wanting more of an editable version so they can digitally sign and send back??

Hi @cakes01 You would need to find an outside source for the document that you need and then follow these instructions for including in your Constant Contact email. Instead of attaching files, you can host them online for linking in an email.
