After taking payment why my account is temporarily disabled?

I just payed them and got deactivated account in return. 

Now they are unavailable for two days but I would pay them for two days!!!

We've temporarily deactivated your Constant Contact account. Please contact Customer Support so that we may resolve the problem and reactivate your account. We will continue to bill your account during this time.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I looked at your account, but it appears to still be in trial. Additionally we do not have any billing information associated with your account at the moment. Based on what I'm seeing, it would be best to reach out to one of our Account Review specialists, who are available today.
