I have only sent one email campaign out so far, and am trying to send a second but cannot and have this note on my account: Alert: Your mailing privileges have been suspended

 

I am based in the UK and no one is available to talk to - can anyone help ASAP?

I apologize for the experience you've had with your account. I have taken a look and can see your account was disabled by our account review department. Due to account security we are unable to go into your account's details on this, but can share this disable has since been removed.
