I believe that there is a bug with alt text. I created a campaign and saved my work, when I returned to do additional work all alt text was gone. This happened each time I saved my work and returned. Also, in the final email sent the alt text did not work. Please advise.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing that issue with alt text not displaying. I would first try doing this on a different web browser. Though I am sure you know how to add alt text to an image I do want to provide you with our Knowledge Base article that goes over this process. Click Here for that article.
I have taken a look on my side and I am not seeing any bugs in relation to adding alt text. In addition to this, I have added and saved alt text to an image within your account without any issues.
How are you adding the alt text? Are you adding it to the image when you are creating the email or are you adding it to the image within the library? Please let us know which email campaign within your account is experiencing this issue. Please also give us an example of an image that you are trying to add alt text to and the alt text that you are trying to add.
