Hello @BartB76. I'm so sorry for any trouble you have had while trying to access our site. Were you seeing any error messages while working in your account or when attempting to log in? Also have you tried using a different browser at all? Sometimes we see loading issues happen as the result of an extension or plugin in a browser that might be interfering with you accessing our site. Here is a link to an article from our Help Center that explains how to turn off any extensions or plugins that might be causing the site to load slowly for you.
