If this is for a website, and you're already building your pages from code, you can simply copy and paste the banner as needed among the rest of the code. You can check out this article on the Website Builder's Knowledge Base regarding adding HTML code to the express editor. If you need further assistance, I'd recommend reaching out to WSB's support team directly.

Besides the custom code editor, there isn't a way to access the code for emails, so if you want your banner you'll want to instead upload the image or a screencap of it for use in your email.
