Annotate emails in the Promotions tab

Does Constant Contact have the capability to annotate emails in the Gmail Promotions tab?

Hi @digitalbill. Since there is no access to HTML within standard templates, this functionality is not available. If you were to create something like a carousel, you could create a block with multiple columns and insert images within them. However, the columns themselves are not scrollable.
