I received an email that our annual summary is ready. I think there must be something seriously wrong with your figures. It shows we sent 101 Campaigns. We do one a week with perhaps a few additional ones. That doesn't equal 101 a year. Also it says we sent 181,309 emails. No way is that possible if we are sending 52 campaigns a year to about 2,200 subscribers. Also it says our average open rate is 49%. We have never had close to a 49% open rate not to mention an average of 49%. So the figures I received are basically worthless. I recall this happened a few years ago also.

Based on your Reporting tab's reporting, the info in the automated annual email would be correct. With that said, there may be a rolling year issue at play. If you could forward your annual summary to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com , our higher level technical team can take a closer look to see where the discrepancies might be occurring. Edit: An additional element that might be coming into play, that may not be seen on individual campaigns' totals, is your Resends and Quicksends, which could also be potentially affecting your annual report's totals and higher rates. Regardless, if you're able to forward that email to us so we can investigate further, we'll happily do so.
