Why is it I can only log in with Network Solutions I tried to download the app it will not take my user name and password. Asked for a reset still wi

Hi @SuzziB

 

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to log in through our app! This is happening because you log in through a third-party application. I suggest reaching out to your partner to see if you're able to gain access for being able to add additional users. If you make an additional user in your account you would then be able to log in our app with this new user information.
