Apply to All feature for Segments

Is there a way to add an option to apply a change to all my segments at once? E.g. point them all to a new master email list. All of my segments point to a master list that changes monthly. When the master list changes, once I upload the new list I have to manually point every segment to the new master list, which takes me an entire day of time to accomplish. If I could upload the new list and instruct the segments to all point to the new list, it would save a ton of time and prevent missing an update for a segment. Thank you in advance!

No, segments need to manually refreshed. If you need to manage the segments by adding / removing them from a list, it would need to be done manually as well.
