We are unable to archive our latest newsletter. This is an important breakdown. Also, formatting and saving was VERY slow. What's going on? On the Campaign page the Archive function doesn't respond at all.

It's possible there's some kind of aching error happening. We were able to get the campaign added to the widget without issue, so it should be displaying on your site. If not, try clearing your site's cache or your browser's cache.
As far as slowness, it sounds like an overall connectivity issue occurring, which may or may not be tied to your issues with accessing the widget. I'd recommend going through some connectivity troubleshooting, and then let us know if any of those were able to alleviate your issue.
