Archives Not Updating

HI! I don't seem to be able to add campaigns to my archive. I have been selecting "archive" from the drop down menu for several campaigns, but the archive never updates to include those campaigns. I wait the specified 15 minutes, and then some. What am I doing wrong?

Hello @MaryR328,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! As long as you are following these steps on adding the archive code on your website and also adding the emails, then it should be working fine. You may need to contact your web designer for more assistance. Thanks!

Hi! I am following the instructions for adding campaigns to the archive (selecting to archive them from their drop-down menu). However, I have done this many times for some campaigns and they are not being added to the Archived folder and also not showing up in the archive feed that I have correctly placed on a webpage. What are steps to correct the issue of campaigns having been archived but not showing this status?

Have you tried re-adding the archive's code to your website to see if that forces the rest through? Additionally, does clearing your browser cache or site's cache alleviate the issue at all?

If you continue to have issues with the archive updating, I'd recommending calling our general support so they can provide live troubleshooting for the widget to see what the holdup is for the newsletters.
