I get an e-mail when someone registers for an event... it provides most of the info, but one additional thing I really need is the answer they gave to the Method of Payment question: pay by check or credit card
I'll want to know if they are not yet paid, or if they pay by credit card just from scanning the e-mail I get.
Any reason that could not be part of the e-mail you send?

So when you receive that email that someone has registered for the event, it is an autogenerated email that triggers to your email to notify you. Currently, there is no way for us to manipulate the email to include specific information such as payment status or type. However, it is a feature request that I'm happy to track on your behalf! I do apologize for the inconvenience.

The good news is this definitely information you can see! Under your Event Campaign is where you can find the option to view this registrant's details. Your registrants' payment status, payment amount, total fee amount, and method of payment is one of the available details.
