I can no longer see my child accounts. I called today and stayed on hold for over one hour. Then someone called me back and put me on hold for another 25 minutes only to be disconnected. No one ever called me back.
I need to resolve this ASAP.

The devs are already looking into the Partner parent account accessibility issue, and are working on a patch to resolve it. In the meantime you should be able to access that page and your child accounts with the following URL: https://app.constantcontact.com/pages/bpconsole/base/home
This URL will only be accessible if you're logged into your Partner parent account. If you have further questions regarding it, I'd advise calling or emailing the Partner team directly.
