Auto-Charged Without Notice!!!

I signed up for 6 months of Constant Contact, used it only 3 times (in 2016)... and lo & behold I checked my year-end bank statements only to realize I've been charged TWICE over $ 300 (nearly $ 700 total!!!) in 2017 without my permission.    


This is unreal!   I was told by the customer service person that this is "a subscription" (which doesn't make sense because I don't receive anything as I would with a magazine subscription), and buried among the many spam emails I get from Constant Contact are little notices that they are going to auto-renew.   I cannot believe they would auto-charge without my express permission.    PLEASE HELP!!!!
