I am having trouble figuring out how to send one of my Auto Emails to two separate contact Lists. I can't select the two lists to send it to, and I cant see a 'copy' options to copy the email to set-up for the second list I want it to go to. Any suggestions? Or do I need to create the Auto Email a second time?
Thanks for reaching out to us today! Very good question. Depending on the type of automated email, you may have a few different options. For a standard Autoresponder Series, if you wanted to actively send it out to everyone currently in another list, I personally would create another list, attach it to the Autoresponder by selecting it in the upper right hand corner of the Autoresponder dashboard, and then add everyone in the list you are wanting to send to into the new list you have created.
For a Welcome email, you would need to rebuild the email as a standard campaign email to send to specific groups. Welcome emails, however, are default set to go to all new sign-up regardless of list.
