Current integration with automation software is insufficient! Integration with Zapier will add a NEW contact to Constant Contact when a purchase is made through PayPal or added to a Google Sheet. However, if the contact already exists in Constant Contact under "express permission status" it cannot be automatically added to an email list (such as a product access list) through software integration. This is an essential feature for any growing business.

I can see the importance of being able to assign both new and existing contacts via an integration like Zapier. Since this program is owned by Zapier, you would need to contact them directly to request any changes in how the contacts are added.
