Automate email when contact updates profile

Hi, we are working to get our contacts to update their profile by adding a birthday or preferred store location. We're sending an update your profile email. And when they update the profile, want to send them a coupon. Is there a way to automate that coupon email? We can't seem to find a way to make the trigger that they update their profile?

Hi @AmyS1578 , 

 

The automated emails are based on triggers. Unfortunately, updating your profile is not one of the triggers at this time. However, if you have the update profile form set to add them to a certain list, you can use the "When a contact joins a list" trigger, and have the automated email go out that way.
