Automated Email Response Based of Survey/Poll?

Hi there,

I am looking for a way for an email recipient to be presented with different product options in one email (ex. Product A, B or C) and once they choose an option, they could receive an automatic email that reflects their choice. For example if they choose "Product A", can they automatically receive Email A, or at least get added to a specific list for Email A? And the same thing if they choose Product B or C?

Is the possible with a survey or a poll? I know you can segment contact lists depending on link clicks, and that you can also send automated emails when people are added to contact lists.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community with your question! I think Click Segmentation will work best for this scenario. At this time the Survey and Poll options do not move contacts into different lists like the click segmentation does.
