Automated Email

We created an Automated Email series and it does not seem to be working properly. We're not sure why it's not sending the "steps" each week.  We want the series to go out every 8 days.

Can anyone help me figure out what we missed in setting it up?

Hello @MarlaD ,

 

The automation that you have created does have contacts that are currently queued to receive the next emails within the series, they are just within that 8 day down period between email sends. The trigger for this automation is disabled currently so no new contacts can enter the series however, those already in it will continue through the flow of emails set up. If you are looking to add more into this automation you will need to copy the series and active the copy to allow new contacts into the drip. I have attacked a knowledge base article here that goes over the automation process in more detail.
