I have an automated series triggered when a contact is added to a list. The email includes personalized fields that are uploaded on the contact record. Is there any functionality to resend the email to non-openers? Thank you!
That's a great question! I can understand how helpful it would be to have this resend to non-openers feature on your automated series. However at this time it is not an available feature. You will have to manually place these contacts into a new and separate queue, or even send a regular email campaign to them with the same information in it. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Having this resend to non-openers feature included in automated series is a feature request we are currently collecting feedback on. In fact we have tracked this feedback in your account and submitted it to our Product Team on your behalf.
