Automated series - not sending even though active and new contacts been added

Hi there,

 

I turned on an automatic series last week to trigger once someone joins a list, then I added about 60 people to the list. The email sent no problem. I have now added in 20 more people to the list, but nothing is happening in my series - no additional emails in the queue, and no additional emails sent to the new contacts that I added to the list.

 

Any thoughts? Thanks so much in advance.

Hi !

 

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! I'm not certain I am looking at the correct automation, but I do see that your FB Lead Gen Journey - 80k Challenge list join series was sent out to 83 people. When your first email in a series is set to send immediately it can actually take up to 15 min, so based on the information I have, my best guess is a sending delay.
