Is there a way to get to the bottom of why some contacts seem to get automatically unsubscribed? It seems like a rare glitch, as I have a list of nearly 12,000 contacts but I have a two instances of subscribers whose address immediately unsubscribe after an email is sent via Constant Contact. They have not forwarded my newsletters to other people who may have clicked "unsubscribe" on their behalf. I watched it happen in real time after one person used the re-subscribe confirmation and I sent a test email and her address immediately switched back to unsubscribed status before the message could even hit her inbox. Any ideas what could be wrong either on the Constant Contact side or with her email security features?

I apologize you're seeing this happen with your contact! This could in fact be due to the security program they may have running. Are your campaigns being delivered to their spam folder? As you mentioned this isn't an overall experience users are having with their contacts. So it does have to be troubleshooted on a case by case basis. If you can email us at constantcontact(dot)com with your username, the security program they have on their computer, and the email address of the contacts you're having this experience with we would be happy to take a look.
