Automation not sending


Automation not sending



We have a few Email Automations and none of them are sending the actual mails. We add our subscribers via an API and I can see that they are added to the list, however the email automation aren't being triggered.

I set all the automation to ACTIVE however when I log in now they are all changed to DONE. Please can anyone help?


I have mailed the webservice team 2 days ago but I am still waiting on a reply and our emails aren't being delivered.

I apologize for the experience you've had with your account. Automated series are marked as done once all contacts in the queue have received all emails in the series, or if you decide to stop your series early. What is the name of the campaign you're testing? Having this information along with the link to where contacts are signing up will allow us to continue troubleshooting. I can also see you have an open ticket with our upper level automation support team for further assistance. A member of this team will contact you directly with any further updates.
