Automation not working

Ive already upgrade my plan to email plus but still cant use the automation. Please assist me with this?

Thank you for reaching out about your automated series! Though you have already spoken with our Chat Support about this, I would like to share our response here in the Community as well. It appears you are having this experience due to being an international customer. International customers must wait 30 days from opening the account to use the Automated series. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and have tracked experience in your account as well.
