I can understand how important it is to activate an automated series as easily as you should! We have seen cases where international customers under our Email Plus plans receive a prompt to upgrade to Email Plus when trying activate an Automated series in the first 30 days. This is an experience we are in the process of troubleshooting. However in the meantime, these users must wait 30 days from opening the account to use the Automated series.
