Is it possible to have an automated email sent to someone once they sign up on a landing page or an inline form?

Hello @RachelNelson ,

At this time, surveys are not available to trigger automation emails. I've marked your account as interested in this feature, and an engineer will notify you if and when there's an update to the feature request.

For Landing Page and other sign up form types, Welcome emails or Automation series with a list-join trigger can be setup. Please note that Welcome emails can only trigger for new signups explicitly from list forms, whereas an Automation series list-join trigger can result from contacts being added to a list from any source, including manually moving contacts into that list.
