I've reached out to support on the phone so many times. It's not the same support I use to get with CC. It's scripted and so frustrating. I have simple questions that go unanswered. I have to assume is due to the language differences?
1-How do I know if my clients are getting the reminders for the booked appointments, without actually asking them? I already have all the settings for appts, cancellations and reminders set.
2-Can I sync the CC booking appointments to another calendar like Outlook?
3-Can I plug in a different calendar on my website instead of using CC booking tool?
Please- I pay for a service every month and am not getting what I pay for. I need some help.

I am sorry that you have not had the most pleasurable experience the past few times you have called into support. Please do not let one or two interactions affect your view of Constant Contact as a whole.
To properly answer with your questions regarding Constant Contact’s booking tool, you will need to get in touch with our Website Builder support. Their system, CRM, and troubleshooting is handled separately from our main email marketing side, so we are unfortunately limited in our ability to troubleshoot and support from this side.

I do apologize for the experience you have had with the support team. You will have to ask your customers if they are receiving reminders, as nothing gets sent to you when they are sent. You will have to use our booking tool calendar and unfortunately, they will not sync together with Outlook.
