By "ask for passwords," are you referring to the Multi-Factor Authentication? If so, all you have to do is login, click the send code prompt button, and then enter the code that's submitted to the authentication method you preferred when setting it up (Google, Okta, text, etc.) For other MFA-related questions, make sure to check out our MFA FAQ.
If this doesn't have to do with MFA, could you please elaborate on what "new ask for passwords" means, or what you're referring to as far as accessing your account? If it's not something you can provide screencaps of without sharing personal details - such as your username, phone number, etc. - then I'd advise calling our general support so they can provide 1:1, live, secure assistance.
