I am having an issue with my background color not displaying on my e-mail when viewed on a desktop. It should be a textured blue background but only comes through as plain white background with no texture. The correct background displays when viewing on mobile and when I open my email as a webpage on the desktop, but not when it's opened from the Outlook app. Any tips?
