Background not showing up as desired

my background (with custom picture) is not showing up once I send a test email. I have done this many times and no problem. How do I trouble shoot this. I have restarted my computer and tried inserting another picture but the background shows up brown. help!

Can you please try converting your background image from a .PNG format to a .JPEG format outside of Constant Contact, and try uploading it again to troubleshoot this? Thank you!
