My case is the same of that:



I use a long time , so I go to try another plataforms and decide to go to constantcontact, maybe for a long term business, but my first experience is Bad, I cant send nothing. Apeear to me:

"Because of this growth we would like to take a few minutes to learn about your business and contact collection methods. This will help you maintain a great mailing reputation and ensure your emails get into your customer's inbox, not their junk or spam folders."


All my contacts of are here now, I already bill here and I have a active account.

But is impossible to use. I must return for you competitor ?

I can get a case submitted to the Review team for a reach out, but it'll still require speaking on the phone.
