Within our system there has to be a from address as well as a reply to address listed when sending a campaign out. Since we are unable to remove the reply to address field what you will need to do as a work around is within your domain create a noreply email inbox. This can be something along the lines of noreply@companyname.com for example. This way the individual has an indicator from their end that the inbox is not monitored from your organizations end.
