Would be great if you could do a company email to all users notifying them of potential interference due to chrome plugins. I can easily use safari or chrome incognito but instead have lost some users due to my inability to manage their lists because I didn't know that certain (still unknown) chrome plugins cause interaction/functionality to break in constant contact.
I apologize for the experience you had with your account! I can see our chat support was able to determine this may have been caused by plugins for your browser. With that said, not all users have the same plugins or have the same experience with their browsers. This can sometimes cause us to have to troubleshoot on a case by case basis. Though this article in our help center can help narrow down which plugin could be causing the difficulty.
