Are you getting to a permissions page at all before the error shows up? We've seen some cases where a browser not allowing cross-site tracking cookies to operate will cause the integration connection to fail. It may be worth checking, especially if you're using Firefox or Safari, to see if cross-site cookies are allowed.
Additionally, is that the full error message, or would you be able to provide the exact wording / a screencap of the error so we can continue troubleshooting based on the specific error type?
