You auto billed me despite my not wanting to continue beyond the first month.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize for any confusion with our billing process but when you sign up for Constant Contact you do have to agree with automated billing to prevent any interruption to your services. If you would like to cancel please give our Billing department a call. Thanks!
