I tried to update the billing email to: instead of Jia processes all bills for our department. ALSO - and both no longer work for our department and should be taken off our account.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community! I apologize for any confusion there may be with updating your billing email address. In order to change this email you would first have to verify your email address on this account. Verifying your email address will then allow it to be an option for your billing contact. Once you these emails have been updated, you can remove verified emails who may no longer be apart of your department. Both the steps of verifying your email and removing other verified emails can be done in the Verified Address section of your settings.
