I suspended my campaign months ago and You billed me for no reason and started a new campaign without my consent. I want to be refunded and want you to Suspend this campaign and refund look back at my account and refund any others. As you can see you have over charged me me. So if my business does not pick up, I will not be dealing with you again unless there is some recourse.

Could you please elaborate? Our records aren't showing you contacting Billing at all to set up a suspension, nor are they showing any active campaigns (e.g. emails, ads, social media, etc.) running at the moment. 


If you're needing your account suspended, I'd recommend reaching out to Billing directly via phone for the quickest response. We can submit a callback ticket for you, but it may have a 1-2 business day turnaround depending on the size of their queue.
